National Technology is an internal service team at RSMUK whose purpose is to deliver and manage technology solutions to support thefirm’s ambitious growth plans.
RSM recognises the strategic importance of Automationto the future of the business and will shortly be launching Automation at scaleacross the firm, with a focus on RPA technologies.
We are therefore seeking an AutomationProject Lead to join our team.
R ole Description
The Automation Project Leadwill :
Co-ordinate the Automation centres of excellence
Manage the central knowledge repository
Co-ordinate the online Automation community, including organising events such as hackathons, external speakers and awaydays
Liaise with service lines on their Automation requirements
Support the roll-out of Automation projects
Organise participation in Automation tool training
Oversee licence distribution of Automation tools
To support the individual in their role, full training in Microsoft PowerAppsand Automation Anywhere will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills and Experience
Proven process and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects to time and budget
A critical thinker with drive, determination and a strong sense of curiosity in how Automation tools can enable business change
A strong collaborator, who enjoys partnering across functions and at all levels to achieve common goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working directly with clients on Automation and integration projects within a professional services environment is desirable
