To provide a high-level HR advisory service to the leadership team, managers and employees across EMEA & APAC

Recruitment & Selection

  • Reviewing job descriptions
  • Managing the people change process
  • Conducting Psychometric tests
  • Short listing candidates
  • Interviewing candidates using structured behavioural interviews
  • Reviewing and updating Selection material
  • Designing new function specific selection material
  • Employee Relations

  • Advising and supporting Line Managers during grievances / disciplinaries
  • Manage restructuring processes including individual and collective redundancies
  • Updating group policies and contracts according to local legislations.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign off and maintenance of the Payroll reports
  • Advising Managers on company guidelines and making recommendation on issues relating to compensation and benefits
  • Managing the processes relating to salary changes, bonus payments working with the Finance team and the external payroll partners
  • HRIS and Management Reporting

  • Ensure that all documentation both electronic and other is up to date and backed up by the relevant supporting documentation in line with GDPR.
  • Generating other HR related management reports as required
  • Analysing reporting data in order to identify potential opportunities & trends
  • Generating monthly / Qty HR Metric reports, entry and exit reports
  • Management of the HR database
  • Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience providing generalist HR support within an international environment
  • Experience supporting European offices including France, Germany, Spain as well as APAC.
  • Understanding of international regulations relating to leave entitlement, sickness policies
  • Experience working in a dynamic and pressurised environment,
  • Experience of influencing managers at different levels
  • Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Fluency in an additional European language would be an advantage
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • CIPD qualified
