Salary (S5) : £25,233 to £28,881 per annum including London Allowance
We are seeking a creative and hardworking Awards Officer to support the effective delivery of Brunel’s award processes and services within the Timetabling and Awards Group (TAG).
As part of the role, your responsibilities will include award, conferral and certification of degrees, graduation duties and degree confirmation and verification.
In addition, you will support the maintenance of course information and provide examination support.
You must have experience in using specialised corporate information systems (e.g. SITS, booking or purchasing systems, customer or stock management systems), as well as using Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a customer service environment is required. Although not essential, experience of Higher Education (as student or staff) and records management is desirable.
You will be educated to A-level or equivalent, or have demonstrable experience. It is essential that you have the ability to multi-
task and manage workload, whilst meeting deadlines. In addition, you will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
