I am working on behalf of a highly reputable home care service provider that requires a new Registered Branch Manager for their domiciliary branch in South Buckinghamshire.
The Company :
They are one of the leading providers of private domiciliary services in the Buckinghamshire area. This particular branch has been running for around 10 years now and pride on delivering only the highest standards of care for their clients in their own homes.
They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community.
A sustainable financially stable company with a brilliant reputation and Good’ CQC scores across the board.
They are currently delivering around 1000 hours / week.
The role :
This role is based in their South Buckinghamshire branch and you will be overseeing the effective delivery of 750 hours / week.
There will be a requirement to help out with on-call duties and this will be discussed at interview.
The Person :
You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care of the elderly sector, as you will be required to hit the ground running.
You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board.
You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards.
You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 is desirable or working towards this.

The Salary :
Up to £37,000 dependent on experience + Bonus
