    In a word

    You will deliver excellent customer service in relation to the client banking and reconciliation activities within the Business Operations department.

    You will ensure that customer money for all of our products has been collected, held, invested and paid out in a controlled, low risk and efficient way with adequate controls in place to mitigate any risk.

    Practically speaking

    Reporting to the Team Leader you’ll be responsible for :

  • To perform banking and reconciliation activities for all payment types and products.
  • Daily valuation processes and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and organise own workload responsibilities appropriately to satisfy deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with all pension, product, policy, procedural and regulatory developments.
  • Action any queries and escalate to a resolution.

  • Experience gained from a customer service environment
  • A good understanding of current pension and insurance legislation and products (Desirable)
  • GCSE or equivalent financial / professional qualification
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
