The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of delivery and with significant technical, estates project management experience.

You will have previously led multidisciplinary project teams of external consultants and internal experts and will be able to demonstrate experience of driving high-quality projects / design whilst achieving value for money.

The role calls for an individual that is highly enthusiastic, committed, and willing and able to operate at both a strategic and operational level.

You will have exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to have credibility and gain confidence from a diverse range of influential stakeholders.

It is an exciting time to be joining Kew in this capacity and as a senior member of the Projects team you will play a key role in helping to shape the future of project delivery at Kew.

The salary will be £50,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
