Teaching Personnel is recruiting for Graduates with a Team Teach qualification.
We are working with a number of SEN schools in the Lincolnshire area who are looking for experienced staff to join them at the start of this academic year.
They are part of an academy trust with an interest in supporting graduates keen to complete their teacher training by putting them on their initial teacher training courses.
The schools support students of both primary and secondary age with a varying degrees of SEN. You will be required to work on a small group and 1 : 1 basis with pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This role will include occasionally supporting students who can sometimes be challenging on a physical level, therefore the schools are seeking those who are experienced, passionate and trained in Team Teach.
Some pupils may have Autism therefore having experience in this area or a close personal connection to Autism would be beneficial but not essential.
Prior experience working in a PRU, secure unit, young offenders institute is desired, but applications are also welcome from those from other challenging backgrounds who might have undertaken the relevant training with a view to working with young children.
