We are seeking to employ an experienced international recruitment manager to make a significant contribution to our international recruitment activities.
The University of Wolverhampton (UoW) has recently approved a new Internationalisation Strategy, focusing on increased student recruitment, and Transnational Education Partnerships.
As a consequence, we have created a new Global Opportunities Office, including an expanded international recruitment team.
This post will be part of a team of international recruitment specialists who will be collectively responsible for a step-change in our on-campus international student recruitment.
Key to success in this role is managing the university’s agent network in the Middle East and North Africa, and developing market plans to substantially increase our recruitment of international students to our UK campuses.
You will develop and sustain relationships with agents and government sponsors and seek out new opportunities for progression from University partners.
You will need to have experience of working in student recruitment, with a strong track record of success in recruiting international students from the Middle East and North Africa.
You must have excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel overseas frequently.
An ability to speak a language relevant to our target regions would be a strong advantage.
For an informal discussion please contact Alice Wilby, Director of Recruitment and Partnerships, on a.wilby wlv.ac.uk
The University of Wolverhampton values a diverse workforce and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
