We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join one of our signature contracts that's based primarily in the heart of London.

On this globally known site you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership whilst being first-point of call for the client and leading a team over two 24hr sites that include Contract Managers, Shift Engineers and Admin.

The successful candidate will also come from a technical background and be on hand, if required, to assist with technical knowledge and advice.

In regards to behavioral competencies as a business we would want the successful candidate to be someone who thinks big and drives change not just in their employees but with the customer as well.

Someone who will put the business first but also someone who inspires the people around them and carries a get it done attitude where they're not afraid to help themselves.

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities;
  • Manages / Supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or operations
  • Full understanding of Contract SLA and KPI and delivers these whilst ensuring best practice
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others
  • Build partnerships with Client and Colleagues through open transparent and timely communication
  • Ensure a professional image of Integral is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is always delivered and promoted
  • Debtor management
  • Management of action plans to implement any improvement initiatives
  • Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
  • Understand Integral processes and business model
  • Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
  • Assist others in solving professional or technical problems
  • Personal Qualities and Experiences :

  • Communicates using appropriate styles, methods and timings
  • Role model enthusiasm and energy about their work
  • Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues

  • Ability to understand the key financial, labour and material variables within budgets in order to maximize the return for Integral
