About the Role / Client
An excellent, top 100 established Central London firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor initially on a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.
You will work closely with all members of the employment team in the providing of employment advice to the firm's corporate and senior executive clients.
You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including but not limited to performance management, preparation and review of contracts of employment and staff handbooks, disciplinary / grievance procedures, restrictive covenants, confidentiality and team moves, TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and much more.
Our client is looking for a Solicitor who has gained 3+ years' experience from a reputable city firm. Ideally you will have been exposed to both contentious and non-contentious matters and will be eager to provide clients with a first-rate service.
Strong communication / interpersonal skills are required.
