Technical Security Analyst
Full-Time; 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
The role of Technical Security Analyst will support the Technical Security Manager to ensure the security testing and operations programs are supported whilst ensuring the correct processes are followed for Gamma'
s security policy and standards.
Support Gamma teams' scope and deliver penetration tests and facilitating remediation as required.
Support Gamma teams assess technical security controls for third parties and suppliers such as cloud services for example.
Undertake basic threat modelling to ensure our products and services are secured in the most appropriate way.
Support Gamma to implement technical security controls, ensuring we align to internal and external security requirements.
You’ll have gained an introductory level of technical security knowledge
You’ll ideally be educated in a subject with preferably an IT, analytical or commercial focus.
You’ll ideally have a CompTIA N+ or S+ vendor qualification
You’ll be comfortable working effectively and accurately when working to multiple competing deadlines
You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times
You’ll have a good technical understanding and a logical approach to resolving diagnostic issues.
You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
You’ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
