Title : Deputy Manager- Finance Reporting and Closing
Supervise a team dealing with Accounting Close and Management Reporting Processes.
Position Objectives and Expectations
This is a globally shared service center, which provides support to our client, Clifford Chance LLP, across 33+ offices worldwide.
In this role you will be required to lead a team and :
To manage direct reports for a specific aspects of Accounting Close and Management Reporting processes efficiently
To be the knowledge holder and the recognized expert in the specified field of Accounting Close in areas which will include some of the following :
Income Analysis (calculating, reconciling, posting and reporting on work in progress, debt, utilization and the associated provisions);
General Ledger (GL) Account Analysis (calculating and posting accruals and prepayments, analysis of direct and indirect costs, entity consolidation, cost allocation and account reconciliations);
Monitoring Cashflow & Bank Reconciliations;
Expert knowledge of accounting systems (Preferably Oracle / HFM).
To drive and communicate any necessary changes to processes.
To contribute to the production of KPIs and other management information.
Experience in Data mining, analysis, Financial Statement
Ability to plan, Lead and implement change to Business Framework
Flexibility to work in accordance with Business requirement. This may include working outside of normal hours

Previous Experience Requirements
4+ years experience in Closing and reporting processes and overall 6-7 years' experience.
Strong Leadership capabilities with a record of developing individuals in small to medium teams.
Prior experience in month end closure is a must and exposure in Reporting Processes will be preferred.
Six Sigma Certification will be added advantage
Team handling experience is a must.
Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills required.
CA . Should be well versed with Computer Knowledge.
