Job Purpose

Provide the co-ordination of the items below to allow for the free flowing of the site operations including, but not limited to the following key responsibilities :

Responsibilities

  • Subcontractor management including procurement
  • Critical spares
  • Stock control / GRN
  • Major repairs identification and claims
  • Analysis of the helpdesk to identify potential major repairs and areas for business / continuous improvement.
  • Training identification and management
  • Annual leave co-ordination
  • Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Microsoft applications is an essential. Training will be provided for non standard applications.
  • Meeting organizing, minute taking and closing out of actions. Liaison with supervisors, operatives, customers, client, specialists, sub contractors and suppliers.
  • Person

  • Champion quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Possess good client skills. Motivational approach to leadership and good to work with.
  • Microsoft proficient

    Knowledge of stock control

    Experience with business improvement

    Desirable

    Experience in healthcare environment

    Experience in PFI environment
