Provide the co-ordination of the items below to allow for the free flowing of the site operations including, but not limited to the following key responsibilities :
Subcontractor management including procurement
Stock control / GRN
Major repairs identification and claims
Analysis of the helpdesk to identify potential major repairs and areas for business / continuous improvement.
Training identification and management
Annual leave co-ordination
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Microsoft applications is an essential. Training will be provided for non standard applications.
Meeting organizing, minute taking and closing out of actions. Liaison with supervisors, operatives, customers, client, specialists, sub contractors and suppliers.
Champion quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Possess good client skills. Motivational approach to leadership and good to work with.
Knowledge of stock control
Experience with business improvement
Experience in healthcare environment
Experience in PFI environment
