Position Overview

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • Organise & inspire team members to build a high performing team in order to achieve training strategy & service standards
  • To develop and deploy a training strategy across the hotel
  • Identify latest thinking & industry wide best practice in training processes
  • Ensure effective operational communication with colleagues & leaders
  • Collaborate and work with the Quality Assurance Manager to identify training needs from guest feedback.
  • Qualifications and Desirables

  • Proven excellence at training delivery and facilitation
  • Experience working in a luxury environment
  • Confident and dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Good level of spoken and written English
