Your roleAs a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in;
you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
We are looking for a strong and experienced Solution Designer who will perform as an individual contributor, who can collaborate with global delivery.
This individual will own and manage solutions to complex business application requirements.Successful candidates need to possess hands on expertise in building solutions involving multiple OSS and BSS systems.
Prior experience in telecom domains (especially CPQ / Inventory / Order fulfilment / Service Assurance) would be essential.Required
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with clients and internal specialists to identify pain points and provide solutions all while ensuring that all documented requirements are in visual or diagram formats.
Work closely with Scrum Master to ensure all requirements are correctly and concisely documented as User Stories and assigned to appropriate Epics.
Coordinate participation of different tech and business groups in requirements gathering.
Identify solutions to problems and produce detailed user requirements and wireframes. Understand solution design provided in depth and its impact on story and component workflow.
Understand architecture created in depth to identify impact to multiple systems and components.
Work with lead developers to solve complex scalability, platform, and integration problems
Define technical details (Workflow, integration structure, NFR) in user story which can then be developed by developers and verified by QA
Ensure that any issues and bugs raised by the development team are correctly tracked, triaged, and prioritized
Facilitate client feedback at appropriate stages of the development process while being able to articulate and bridge the gap between the technical areas for non-technical stakeholders.
Introduce best practices that bring further efficiencies to defining product requirements. Learn new frameworks and tools to facilitate hand-off of requirements to the development team.
Understanding of REST services (JSON)
Process decomposition & understand workflow
Understanding for Business Order Management (BSS) domain
Understanding of Microservice Architecture.
Experience in the OSS / BSS solution design.
Understanding of the event driven architecture.
Understanding of network elements
Experience in telecom functional domains : CPQ / Sales Tool, Inventory, Order fulfilment, Service Assurance
Process design, Data modelling
Telecom technologies like MPLS, Broadband, SDN, NFV, VPN, etc.
Understanding of the Service ordering, quoting, fulfilment or assurance system stacks.
Experience in various delivery methodologies like waterfall, agile, rapid development, maintaining Security and Compliance standards
Responsible for delivering high quality designs, that conform to industry Standards like TM Forum, Frameworx, TOGAF, etc.Preferred
Creates data mapping for TMForum Open API
BPMN and workflow creation (Camunda)
Swagger - Ability to understand API and map elements, entities
