We strive to make a difference to people’s everyday lives by bringing essential medicines to the market. At Covance we are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our Pharmacokinetics department.

Job responsibilities include : Effectively manage a team of in vivo Pharmacokinetics Study Directors, supporting the team with all aspects of study management.

Interacting, networking and liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of study work.Ensuring studies are managed effectively, looking at protocols and ensuring reports are correct.

Mentoring the team of Study Directors, as well as liaising with internal clients to ensure the studies are delivered in the required time frame.

Experience : In depth knowledge of Metabolism, Toxicology or Pharmacokinetic Study Management within the CRO or pharma industry.

Must be an excellent communicator with demonstrable skills in written, spoken and presentation media.Previous experience as a supervisor or manager, with the ability to mentor and train team members.

Knowledge of requirements for working within a GLP regulatory environment.Objective and logical analytical and reasoning skills.
