We are looking for someone with project management skills to join our Organisational Development team in the Children’s Services department, to cover a secondment of a team member.

Our team supports the department to function effectively, focussing on a number of areas including workforce development, health and wellbeing of staff, communication and engagement and supporting change projects.

You will have the opportunity to work with different areas of the department undertaking a range of projects.

You will be skilled in planning and managing projects and in developing good working relationships and have excellent communication and influencing skills.

You will be joining a small, friendly team that supports each other to provide an excellent service to the department and is committed to professional development.

    Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

    Work Permits : we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.

    From 6 April 2011 the Home Office has placed a permanent restriction on the number of migrant workers that all Tier 2 (General) Sponsors can recruit.
