You will build, develop and retain a high-performing Food Factory team through strong recruitment, training, coaching and development,succession planning and leadership practices.
Most importantly you will ensure that all team members are having fun working for Krispy Kreme!
As our Back of House Manager you will ensure delivery of the Krispy Kreme brand through high Product Quality : Deliver the right quality and quantity of product on-
time every day and understand and proactively prepare for seasonal demands, whilst ensuring adherence to all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements and processes at all times.
You will also ensure our factory store achieves its profit targets, and delivery of gross margin targets through meticulous costs of goods and labour controls, and control of service costs through well planned maintenance and upkeep of all factory equipment and machinery.
As our ideal candidate you will need to have relevant experience in a Back of House Management position, managing large teams within a Retail, Hospitality, and / or Food & Beverage company.
Strong Health and Safety and Food Safety knowledge is essential.
You will be passionate, incredibly organised, self-motivated and credible.
A love of amazing doughnuts is helpful!
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Previous management experience within Food Manufacturing(advantageous)
Proven line management skills in managing teams of 10-20 people
Experience of working with a production line (advantageous)
Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
Ability to create an engaging, rewarding working environment
Ability to work to company brand standards and lead by example to encourage your team to do the same
Might be expected to work some night shifts in a month
