Essential Function : This role has full accountability to deliver the TRS Continual Service Improvement Plan. You will help to drive process improvement that eliminates unnecessary manual activities, effort, risk and improves quality using data gathered from our systems, people and processes to inform actions.

You will work with areas from across TRS and the wider business and always consider the impact on our people, our clients, our data and other business processes when proposing or implementing changesConsult with the TRS Management Team, Business Analysts and / or Project Managers to develop Continual Improvement Plans and encourage process best practice.

Provide business change expertise and encourage an improvement culture QualificationsSkills : Subject matter expertise in lean principles of teamwork, methodology, business benefit, innovation and customer focusSolid understanding of service capability maturity concepts, service optimization, organization systems / workflows and process mappingDemonstrated ability to get results through others not under direct supervision and to aid people change their working practicesExcellent consultative, communications, listening and analytical skills, and being able to make decisions in matrix environmentsSuccessful track record in managing process redesign initiatives, facilitating communication and alignment while bridging and influencing diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational objectivesStrong ability to balance encouragement of new and innovative process ideas with emphasis on simplification, efficiency and superior customer experienceSuccessful track record in coaching and mentoring staff in the matrix environment to help them change their behavior from reactive issue-
