Are you a skilled Chef de Partie? Do you have a gap in between work contracts?

Part of a group, this temporary opportunity would more than likely lead to further work across the group’s other sites in the North West and Midlands.

Generally doing up to 250 covers per service, chefs must be skilled in dealing with larger numbers and be confident that they can enter the kitchen and hit the ground running.

  • As an Interim Chef de Partie your role will include;
  • Preparing fresh ingredients
  • Following guidance from the Head Chef / Sous
  • Demonstrating strict health and hygiene levels you can update your Food Hygiene Certificate with us
  • Having excellent use of cooking methods
  • Being capable and flexible to adapt to a variety of differing menus with a foundation of British classics
  • Being confident working within a fast-paced team
  • The ideal Interim Chef de Partie must;
  • Have at least two years’ experience working within a Chef de Partie role
  • Be able to multi-task and adapt to the current needs of the kitchen prior to and during service
  • Have your own chefs whites, knives and shoes
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Benefits Include;
  • An excellent rate of pay, from £12.50ph for an Interim Chef de Partie
  • A guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
  • A contribution to travel expenses (dependent on location)
  • Accommodation provided offsite you would need your own transport

  • You will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis and accrue holiday pay accordingly
