DBS is responsible for providing core technology services.
The Business Engagement and Transformation model is accountable for working across the DBS portfolio of projects, transformations and service offerings to drive market performance and outcomes.
Part of Business Partner team, this role supports project teams, and is responsible to ensure that solutions being delivered to support the business growth ambitions have a sustainable support and services process in place.
The role will be supporting the successful service introduction of multiple projects.
The role will drive NSV growth, operating profit and productivity / efficiency gains through design and delivery of innovative solutions, Process and Service standardization / optimization, Solution and Service Availability.
The purpose of the role, with appropriate support and ownership from the business and DBS towers, is to ensure the portfolio project delivery provides the expected results and value for our markets.
Oversees the all Europe and GT projects including local initiatives, tracks and centralize business case creation ensuring each of these have the right return of investment (ROI).
Play a broad leadership role with markets and DBS, continuously adding value to shape and seek out opportunities to improve business performance
