The AV team is a highly collaborative, honest, supportive and proactive bunch of people who believe in going the extra mile to deliver a job brilliantly done.

The team is made up of over 30 hardworking and dedicated people who are above all passionate about media and specifically, TV, Video On Demand, and Cinema.

The clients range from large to small in terms of spend and we are able to provide each with the best solution they need for AV.

We have weekly meetings as a department and keep each other up to date with what is going on. The team are also great at helping each other when needed.

Spark Foundry’s AV is a team not just a department. This not only makes for a great working environment but a really strong team dynamic which in turn has produced some loyal and knowledgeable industry experts who will be able on hand and willing to take you to the next level of your career.

As an Senior Account Executive, you will be at the heart of this AV team conversing and learning from Managers and Directors (with years of industry experience) as well as forging relationships with your fellow Senior Exec / Execs.

Growth for Clients : our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so.

Specific responsibilities are :

  • Show passion and understanding of what is required to deliver market leading campaigns across TV, Video, Programmatic across Broadcasters and YouTube with an element of Cinema for a selection of key clients
  • Develop a full understanding of all relevant systems and tools to understand audience behaviour and consumption of TV, Video and Programmatic across Broadcasters and YouTube.
  • Negotiate with various sales house teams to drive access to the top performing environments for our target audiences
  • Support Manager to deliver outstanding work every time and meet all deadlines set by either the AV team, planning team and / or the client
  • Work with the team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved
  • Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace and show proactivity and interest in client's and / or media owner's business, sharing category news and information with the wider AV team
  • Deliver strong brilliant basics in terms of organising meetings, team admin & finance
  • Develop a Growth Team : You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically :

  • Be enthusiastic, work collaboratively and support members of the AV team to deliver high quality, timely responses
  • Building relationships with the planning teams and clients understanding the client’s organisational structure
  • Be proactive and offer support to senior members of the AV team
  • Show passion for the industry and a curiosity to learn and grow
  • Embrace and drive positive culture within your team and agency peers
  • Drive Growth for Spark Foundry : You are an ambassador for the Spark Foundry brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically :

  • Support Managers in delivering absolute financial accuracy and PO management
  • Build Spark Foundry's internal operational reputation through diligence on all reporting, timesheets etc
  • Build Spark Foundry's reputation, positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should have a genuine hunger to become a fully-rounded and specialist AV media buyer and planner. You will be educated to degree level (with a 2 : 2 or above) and have a strong understating of basic mathematics.

    You will continually keep up-to-date with market developments. You should be passionate about delivering outstanding work on every campaign ensure all activity is delivered as planned ensuring the most cost efficient route for our clients.

    Core skills should include :

  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Basic presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with people within the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Competent with excel documents and the construction of formulas
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new processes and technology quickly
  • Detail-oriented
  • Creative and open to new ideas and confident to challenge briefs.
