THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit a Property & Workplace Assistant (Front of House Technical Support). You will provide a first class professional Property & Workplace service.

Energetic and enthusiastic, you will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within our fast moving and changing environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up in a pro-active, accurate, and timely manner
  • Ensure any movement of items within or between various floors is done so in a safe fashion in line with the firm's policy on manual handling
  • Ensure that all portable equipment are secured in meeting rooms
  • Attend any first fix IT issues and general meeting room IT requests in the client meeting room environment
  • Ensure the Property and Workplace and meeting room areas are kept tidy at all times
  • Responsibility to report any maintenance or related problems to the appropriate department
  • Ensure any meeting room service level agreements are adhered to as a minimum
  • Ensure visitors and clients are greeted and dealt with in an efficient, courteous and responsive manner at all times
  • SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise and multi task
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude and solutions focused approach
  • Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and able to take responsibility
