This is an exciting opportunity to join a Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group who are at the forefront of integrated working.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person who will lead in the commissioning of good quality and safe integrated health and social care services to deliver positive outcomes adults and children with mental health needs.
The post holder will work across and be accountable to both the Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group.
Ideally with a social work qualification or relevant other professional qualification, your key areas of responsibility will include :
oPrimary and community mental health
oPerinatal mental health
oAdult acute mental health and social care
oMulti-agency transition planning for young people across health, social care and education
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate :
Working knowledge of current legislation and best practice relating to both health and social care for adults and children with mental health needs.
