Als People is currently recruiting for 1x Contract Admin for our client based in Ivybridge.

Duties and key responsibilities - Operational

  • To manually input timesheets onto the computer system and process payroll.
  • To assist colleagues on the timely checking and filing of contractual and vehicle paperwork.
  • To answer the telephone to the general public, the local authority and head office and / or other contracts.
  • To be able to raise purchase orders, order goods and follow the correct protocols.
  • To be able to work as part of a team.
  • To ensure allocated work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • To learn and use the crew management software systems.
  • Other reasonable tasks as required
  • Experience

    Experience of working on a computer, especially with Word and basic Excel skills.

    Excellent telephone manner.

    Shift pattern : Monday to Friday, 0800-1700, 1h unpaid break
