Central to our success is our industry-leading technology and market research. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our Residential Research team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working within our Residential Research team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of market research and thought leadership primarily covering Residential Development, New Homes and Land markets.
You will also advance the quality, insights, and exposure to, our market knowledge. In this role, you will become a core contributor to Knight Frank’s UK residential development reports.
In the Senior Research Analyst role, you will be responsible for :
Producing regular internal and external market updates
Working with third party providers to generate flagship reports
Directing client engagement and presentations of the residential development and new homes market
Overseeing the collection and use of relevant statistics
To be successful in the Senior Research Analyst role, you will have the following skills and experience :
Educated to degree standard ideally in economics, geography, or property related discipline
Ideally 4 5 years’ experience analysing Real Estate markets
Highly computer literate with thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven interest in Real Estate
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate clearly and to listen effectively
Strong attention to detail skills with the ability to be accurate and methodical in approach
Outstanding desk-based research skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to large audiences and small client groups
A highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic nature
The ability to network, build rapport, develop relationships, and gain trust with internal and external clients
