About the role In this role you will provide an excellent service to our distance learning students from initial enquiry through to graduation, across a range of programmes.

The team uses a continuous improvement approach, constantly reviewing the quality of the service we provide from the students perspective, placing a key emphasis on taking action to improve our service alongside carrying out day-to-day work.

You will advise students on processes, regulations, course information and pastoral support either on an ad-hoc basis or by publishing information to a group of students.

In addition to this, you will advise on issues such as payments, entry criteria, awards and progression. About you With work experience in a relevant role, you will be motivated to ensure our students receive the best experience possible.

You will be willing to challenge the status quo, challenging operational efficiency and effectiveness. With a keen eye for detail, you will be flexible and adaptable, ensuring you are able to prioritise your own work, supporting colleagues where required.
