Job Description : Role Purpose

Role Purpose

To support the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Research Officer and the strategy team with insight, intelligence and research solutions, especially in the areas of :

  • Development and dissemination of a clear Carat Global POV on research and insight to clients and opinion formers
  • Scalable international insight and research R&D.
  • Increasing Carat and Dentsu Aegis share of wallet from global clients.
  • Development of a product range built from our wide range of intelligence sources.
  • Pivotal role in shaping the Empathy’ stage of our Designing for People approach.
  • Network development : Dissemination of best practice across markets and to lead and manage the community of Carat Insight heads across countries.
  • Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • The development and roll out of Global Research & Insight products.
  • Ensuring that the Global Strategy Team are fully supported in all cross sell and upsell client discussions on insight, research and communications measurement.
  • Timely delivery of research projects to a high standard.
  • Support Carat people in the markets with relevant knowledge about, and application of Global Research projects and tools.
  • Global client presidents and strategists having the necessary levels of knowledge about Global insight and research products.
  • Coordinate multi research and insight support for new business pitches.
  • Championing interest in and knowledge of cultural trends within Carat Global.
  • Innovation in research techniques pioneering new techniques in insight gathering.
  • Delivering major projects to key global clients.
  • Management of Carat Global relationships with third party research tools and suppliers.

  • Proven history in media, communications and consumer Insight research.
  • A good understanding of the wider aspects of commercial marketing and business.
  • High level of expertise in designing research and data analysis.
  • Ability to generate professional client relationships and gain trust at the highest level.
  • High quality presentation skills and, strategic selling skills.
  • Good project management skills and ability.
  • Highly collaborative, able to build teams and work across countries and disciplines.
