I am a 53 year old man and I live at home in Great Grandsden near Sandy with my parents who support me. I play the keyboard and I like being active and involved in my local community.
I enjoy reading and watching TV, playing snooker, darts, cinema and ten pin bowling and it’s important for me to have continuity of a regular and reliable worker.
I have a diagnosis of Autism and a Learning Disability and I require support with accessing social and physical activities.
Due to the nature of my condition we will only be accepting applications from males.
Once a month I host a coffee morning, making sandwiches, coffee / tea and clearing up afterwards.
6 hours per week plus up to £40 a week mileage payment to be worked flexibly.
The post may appeal to a self-employed worker up to £15 per hour plus mileage.
PAYE - up to £11 per hour plus mileage and will include 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (pro-rata)

You will establish a close working relationship on a one-to-one basis. You will need your own vehicle or access to a vehicle, and you must have or be willing to obtain business use insurance.
You will be someone who enjoys being active and shares my interests and has the skills to give me support with building my confidence & self-esteem & promote my independence.
Some knowledge and experience with working with people with Learning Disabilities would be desirable but is not essential.
You should be able to work flexible hours and be a good communicator and possess the motivation to develop trust and understanding within the role.
