One of the UK’s leading company formation agents is in search of a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing company in the Customer Service Team, to help them increase their new and renewable revenue streams.

This job would suit someone with experience of a Contact Centre environment, who thrives on exceeding sales targets

Role : Sales Executive

Salary : £23,000 - £25,000 with an OTE of £35,000 per annum

Duration : Permanent Position

Location : (Company is based in Covent Garden)

Working Pattern : 37.5 hours shift work between 08 : 00 and 21 : 00, Monday to Sunday.

Job Essence :

Your job will be to liaise with a large volume of potential and existing customers by live chat, telephone and email. You will be driving sales in all areas of the business, by proactively upselling to new and existing customers, as well as speaking to customers relating to expired renewals of services, targeted with a high retention rate.

Responsibilities of the Role :

  • Liaise with large volumes of warm customers daily via live chat, telephone and email with the aim of upselling into highly profitable areas of our business
  • Call customers with expired services with the aim of getting them to renew their services
  • Be proactive in managing sales leads to maximise the number of sales opportunities closed
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service with a smile
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the successful fulfilment of team deadlines / target sell
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to upsell and recommend products to customers, whilst ensuring their queries in relation to company formation are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise
  • Experience Required :

  • Sales experience in a target driven environment (at least one year) is essential
  • Customer retention experience is desirable
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Skills Required :

  • Excellent telephone manner and enthusiastic attitude to customers and staff alike
  • Experience from an outbound
  • Ability to be self-motivated and calm under pressure
  • Ability to upsell and close sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Comfortable in working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Fast learner
  • Training :

    Full training on the industry will be given; however, they require someone with the drive and commitment to learn their industry and products, to provide expert advice to customers where required, and maximise sales opportunities
