Job Title : Business Development Consultant (Telesales)

Location : Newcastle upon Tyne

Hours of Work : 08 : 30 - 17 : 00, Monday to Friday

Salary : Up to £24,000 + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £45,000)

What's the role?

  • B2B cold calling prospective clients
  • Fact finding and rapport building over the telephone
  • Management of CRM (Salesforce)
  • o Ensuring all notes are accurate on system

    o Managing call backs effectively

  • Pipeline management
  • Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation
  • Meet personal targets set
  • Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

    About you

    The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales / Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection handling skills.

    You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.

    For our homeworking roles, it is expected that you have experience of working from home and adequate office space available - The rest we will provide!
