About you :
As a flavorist confectionery foods you will join our creative and international flavorist team and report to the and reports to the Technical Director C&A, Innovation SPO EAME.
You will work on on reactive projects for the whole EAME region with focus on Western European Coordinated, Regional and local Savory Food clients which do represent the market leader in their segments.
After an introduction phase you can become a member (ambassador) of one of our Innovation Program s Citrus, Modulation or Delivery.
To be successful in this role you have a minimum of 6-8 years in of international experience in flavor creation within the food or ingredient industry.
You are specialized in the design of flavors for confectionery, chewing gum and bakery and you have a good knowledge of mint from oil to flavors.
You understand regional taste differences & preferences and you are able to translate customer needs into flavour technology solutions.
Working in a team environment, IFF will be looking for you to drive innovation and creativity, hereby assisting our customers to enhance their existing product line and successfully launch new products in the marketplace.
You have a four year degree ( BS / BA) in science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences etc.) Preferred is a Master degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Engineering and / or Chemistry Engineering
