As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining our all equipment within the manufacturing plant.

  • Breakdown maintenance to all production machinery, reacting to daily concerns and support in getting equipment back in to correct operating condition
  • Complete PPM Checks to schedule and log activity on relevant systems
  • Complete work requests allocated within agreed timescales
  • Manage spare parts for any allocated equipment and follow up on improvement activity
  • Actively support in finding and diagnosing root cause issues and creating reports and proposals on how to improve these
  • Equipment start up checks and shut down activity
  • Project activity to improve equipment and processes
  • Carry out factor control checks to support stable running plant and equipment
  • Promote and operate to health and safety standards
  • Ensure engineering workshop areas are kept clean and tidy, and company issued equipment is complete and in good condition.
  • Do minor work with PLC’s fault find
  • Machines / equipment include : Thermal oil heaters, high pressure compressors and extrusion and process equipment.


  • Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold an engineering qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • PLC experience fault-finding
  • Experience maintaining production machinery
  • Experience of working to planned preventative maintenance schedules and attending to breakdowns
  • Looking to take your next step with an internationally operating business
