The role provides first line support for the bespoke software application, accurately diagnosing, recording, classifying, prioritising and assigning unresolved Incidents using agreed Incident Management, Call Management and Service Desk processes.
This market leading firm provides sophisticated business management software for international blue-chip companies some of which are based in Germany so any ability to speak German would be a huge advantage.
