Project Management AdministratorTemporary (to perm)£25,000 PANorthamptonYou will be the primary support for the Senior Project Manager, actively coordinating updates from across the business.

This busy role requires some who works with a high level of attention to detail and thrives in a pressurised environment.

You will have previous similar experience, bags of energy and be super organised. If successful in this role, there is the opportunity of a permanent contract.

  • Key responsibilities of the Project Management Administrator : Own and ensure accuracy of the project management toolEnsure the correct tracking of stage gates across all initiatives, projects and small changesProvide a high-level overview of current projects to the senior project managerResponsible for approval forms across the projectsConstantly seeking i ovative solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the teamAid in driving the compliance agenda throughout the projects teamAssist with change control for all functionsInfluence inte ally to ensure that projects needs are met by other functions within the businessPartake in any exte al meetings with exte al customers and regulatory bodies as requiredWork closely with Commercial teams to ensure that new projects meet commercial requirementsEnsure that all projects functions comply with all regulations The Project Management Administrator needs to have : A good understanding of project managementClear capability to understand data, identify trends / issues and spot opportunitiesOrganised and disciplinedStrong team ethics and proactive problem solvingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood influencing skills at all levelsHigh levels of energy, drive and resilienceThrives in a fast paced pressurised environmentExcellent attention to detailExpert skills in Microsoft office;
