An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Senior Brand Manager for Home Care, responsible for theHome Care, Toilet Care and Hard Surface Cleaning portfilio to include brands such as Bloo, Oust, Jeyes, Parozone, and Air Care.
Youwill be responsible for brand strategy, processes, media planning and leading ateam.
Develop and execute annual strategic brand plans for the portfolio development in the United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring that they support all customer and channel requirements
Analyse brand financials, market data and competitor data thoroughly to build brand strategy, activity plans and initiatives based on the analysis.
Plan and launch new initiatives based on global NPD developments and lead local UK developments in compliance with the Henkel InnoGate procedures.
Adapt and develop artworks based on global masters according to the UK & IRE needs and lead them through the Henkel internal SEAL artwork process.
Work closely with the Sales and Category team to influence, agree, develop and execute key launches and sales promotional activity
Drive Henkel’s Digital Strategy, adhering to international guidelines and ensuring UK is seen as a leading market
Manage the brand marketing budget, maximising return and ensuring no overspend.
Oversee the briefing and management of all media, PR and creative agencies to adapt international copy for UK usage and to develop added value communication campaigns for the UK market
Drive and champion the Digital Agenda within the team, sharing best-practice, adhering to international guidelines and ensuring that the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities
Responsible for supporting the Marketing Director with strategic planning and execution of potential mergers & acquisitions
Demonstrable success as SeniorBrand Manager or experienced Brand Manager within FMCG
Digital expertise,encompassing experience of e-commerce, brand websites and socialmedia
Degree educated, or equivalent,ideally within Business Management or Marketing
Excellent communication,negotiation and presenting skills
A strategic thinker, commercially astute, withgood analytical and reporting skills
