An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate in Manchester with an award winning Corporate finance team that provides strategic M&A and capital markets advisory services to growth companies and market leaders.
Due to a very healthy pipeline of new deals 9typically in the deal size £20m-£300m), they require a high calibre individual to help support the more senior member of the team with managing live transactions from origination through to preparation of transactional documentation (tease documents, Information memorandums) through to completion.
Naturally entry requirements for such a sought after role are high you will have a peerless academic record (i.e minimum of a 2.
1 degree, strong A-Levels) and evidence of success outside the academic world too. You will be passionate a career in Corporate Finance (experience would be a big plus though not a pre-requisite) and be highly career focused and driven.
