The Technical Account Manager works closely with the sales team in any capacity to close deals, qualify trials and offer advice or solutions to prospects from a technical standpoint.
This includes calls, video and offsite meetings.
Another area of this role will be to support the use of customer trials of the B2B platform. This is a big focus for the foreseeable future and a great way of having short-term success prove long-term ROI’s for prospects.
In this role, you will :
Work closely with the New Biz team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attend meetings with BDM’s, acting as the technical expert for Trustpilot
Put together business cases with the sales team to support their proposals and demos
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensure that Trustpilot’s product and services can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
Work closely with prospects to understand and capture their requirements.
Provide ongoing support for customers post implementation, as well as the CSM Team
Set-up and run the trials for our Sales teams - this will be a large part of the role
Educate members of the New Biz teams on how to correctly qualify a trial of the TP platform
Update Salesforce for transparency with the rest of the business.
We are looking for people with :
Two years experience in a similar technical role
A good understanding of e-commerce, social media, and SEO, ideally from a company working with SAAS or E-commerce
Experience using Salesforce
Technical support and troubleshooting experience
A doer, who takes pride in providing a high level of service and delivering a consistent performance
Ability to work in a team selling environment. You must enjoy working in a thriving environment and have a passion for supporting sales.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a passion and commitment to success
Experience and understanding of REST API or similar
