The Solution Consultant will participate as a member of the Paysafe Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and overall business needs related to payment processing.
The individual is also expected to work with Paysafe Account Executives to design the solution that best meets the client’s requirements.
Lead the hands-on building of the solution leveraging the Paysafe core products and services
Engage with client and internal stakeholders to onboard client for consuming Paysafe products and services (Solution Discovery through Delivery)
Primary technical point-of-contact for client for Paysafe products and services
Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Sales Leader for awareness and / or resolution
Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Sales Leader and Account Executives
Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
Lead client training sessions
High school diploma and bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
Systems implementation skills : requirements / process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
Must be able to travel nationally, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work to clients and have the ability to work remotely from your home office
Understanding of Paysafe products and solutions
Understanding of payment architectures and implications to data security
Stay current on vertical needs and trends
Able to learn and master new technologies with a technical and math aptitude
Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
Extremely detail oriented and customer focused
Knowledge of payments industry, competitive offerings, and experience working within key verticals is preferred
Excellent MS Office and MS product knowledge
Excellent business process and / or project experience using tools such as Visio, MS Project, and any relational database system
