This position is working on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis and can be worked remotely

Mission of the role :

To liaise between the projects team and the sales team in a timely fashion and provide valuable project information to support and enable the sales team to successfully win orders.

Responsibilities :

Co-ordinate and maintain CRM system (Sales Force)

Creating new project opportunities for the EMEAI region

Tracking projects from creation to closure. Co-ordinating the involvement of the PDMs, Sales Team, Segmentation Directors and Sales Directors at the appropriate time

Be able to prioritise projects that are key to the business and facilitate the correct actions at the correct times for progression to achieve sales

Cleansing of data and delivering high quality business intelligence

Attending and coordinating project meetings providing analytical content, helping to understand strengths, areas for improvement and providing data that will assist with the creation of strategies to encourage growth for the EMEAI region.

  • Distribute and follow up on monthly project actions with the EMEAI PDM’s and Sales Team
  • Ensure improvement of the business’ ability to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the data output leading to sales generation for EMEAI and Global Projects
  • Provide the Project Development Managers and Senior Management with reports and dashboards from Salesforce that enable business decisions to be taken
  • Management of external market lead databases Pro-actively generating and validating leads to the business
  • Provide Marketing with detailed and accurate project and product information to assist with creating a greater volume of case studies and track records to our portfolio
  • Communicate project information between the project team and external sales team

    Input accurate project data onto the CRM system

    Validate sales leads and project specifications through internet searches and lead subscription providers and contacting relevant specifiers / contractors where required

    Distribute and progress weekly project actions with the sales team

    Initiate and maintain direct contact with specifiers to obtain project information where required

    Attend CPD presentations and visits to specifiers and contractors

    Attend regional project team meetings and sales team meetings

    Raise purchase orders on behalf of the project and sales teams

    Conduct weekly calls with all stakeholders

    Ensure the accuracy of data on the SFDC system is of a very high standard

    Proactive participation in all active projects

    Qualifications / Experience :

    GCSE level and ideally A Level qualifications as a minimum

    Degree is desirable, not essential

    Very strong administration background with specific administrative roles in work history

    Proven track record of organizing and executing multiple priorities at the same time

    Experience of dealing directly with contractors / specifiers and having experience of project co-ordination roles in similar or other industries is desirable

    Knowledge :

    Good level of competency in Microsoft packages is essential with a focus on excel

    Good analytical and problem solving skills with a logical and methodical approach
