Our client is a franchised dealer, who are looking to appoint an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join their busy and successful team.

Working Hours :

8 : 30-6 : 00pm 5 Days per week Monday Saturday with one 7pm finish on rota.

Fleet Sales Manager Role :

  • Driving the performance of the Fleet department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
  • Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
  • Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
  • Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
  • As a Fleet Sales Manager :

  • You must be in a Sales / General Sales Manager role
  • Have a passion for success and achieving your objectives
  • Be organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
  • Have experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
