Job Description : Copy SupervisorThe Copy Supervisor is responsible for a range of functions to drive great creative work.

They must have a strong command of writing and be able to write long-form and short form copy for a range of channels. They must be able to give strong and clear direction to writers.

They must display strong creative ability in partnership with an art director. They should understand and be able to handle healthcare information.

They must ensure creative work written and supervised is approved by their supervisor or CD. They should be able to guide teammates and establish strong relationship with Art, Editorial, Project Management, Production, and Account Services.

Its essential they offer viewpoints articulately within Grey and with the client. They must have a passion for creative ideas and an ability to generate them.

Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive understanding of a clients marketplace and the ability to evaluate work taking into consideration the current and future marketing environment
  • Manage, mentor and supervise Junior Copywriters and Copywriters
  • Expert understanding of trends in advertising, marketing, branding etc.,
  • Produces work across all channels
  • Establish and maintain the highest possible standards for all materials produced
  • Produce consistent work that is on brand, strategic and tactical
  • Maintain awareness of budget requirements and deadlines
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in advertising or equivalent
  • 5 plus years of experience in Healthcare Advertising
  • Experience working with large teams in client-facing role
  • Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
