At Northampton General Hospital we have a dedicated employment relations team who are committed to providing the best possible care for our patients.
To achieve this we are seeking a highly experienced employment relations investigating officer to join the Trust’s Staff Bank, who can be called upon to undertake highly complex investigations on an ad-hoc basis.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience at manager level in an NHS setting and have significant experience of undertaking highly complex employee relations investigations end to end in a large / complex organisation, preferably with experience / knowledge of working with Maintaining High Professional Standards.
They must be able to investigate and analyse highly complex / multifaceted incidents logically, have experience of writing detailed and robust investigation reports and experience of presenting at formal hearings and being cross examined.
Knowledge of HR best practice and associated employment law is also essential.
