About our new Marketing Automation Manager role here at Proctor+Stevenson

You’ll be :

an innovative strategic marketer

able to fully appreciate how to put together customer journeys for the desired outcome

capable of identifying opportunities

able to create the marketing strategy and then make sure it translates into Hubspot, Salesforce or whatever tech it is our clients use

able to understand the data and proactively iterate campaigns and funnels

  • solving client problems and;
  • managing and delivering digital marketing campaigns that produce exceptional results.

    Plus you love getting into the nitty-gritty of a CRM and marketing tech to learn, optimise, iterate and then rinse and repeat what you’ve learned producing the results our clients expect of us.

    What you’ll need to be our next Marketing Automation Manager :

    You’ll be well established as a senior marketing strategist / campaign planner, with a track record of delivering commercially successful campaigns.

    You’ll have an entrepreneurial eye for opportunity and the appetite for capitalising on it.

    You can have tonnes of agency side, or client-side marketing experience, or a mix.

    You’ll have the imagination to plan campaigns from their earliest stages and the practical skills to implement your thinking.

    You’ll have in-depth knowledge of marketing technology

    You’ll be a specialist in the use of LinkedIn as a marketing channel or have the desire to become a go-to expert in all things LinkedIn.

    You want to be a critical member at the forefront of the team and become a significant contributor to the successes of our clients as well as P+S.

    Marketing Automation Manager (Demand Generation)

    Salary £50-55k plus lots of benefits including healthcare cash plan and PMI

    Based : Bristol and home / hybrid - 3 days a week in the Bristol office with the team
