Motivated, enthusiastic Business Development Manager needed for a rapidly growing, innovative, disruptive communications software company, looking to strengthen their London based team.

Job Title : Business Development Manager Location : London Salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus target related bonus and excellent benefits About the Company Our client was founded over 5 years ago, to build themselves in to a market leading provider of unified communication for businesses across the world.

Dealing with Fortune 500 businesses, and with a global presence, their clients include some of the industry leaders, and have raised over $40million.

Their London office is a fast paced environment, and you will be joining at an exciting time for the company as they move from strength to strength.

About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new businesses, developing those relationships and turning them into long term partnerships.

You will be responsible for the whole customer life cycle and make sure that the businesses are developing their accounts to maximise the opportunity for the company.

Day to day duties will include identifying new business development opportunities, issuing and following up on proposals to customers, getting contracts signed, and meeting with prospective clients in face to face meetings.

This role will report to the UK Managing Director and your accountabilities will be among others : Develop strong relationships with large corporations and businesses that drive growth and revenue.

Demonstrate the ability to develop the right strategy with all your clients and create upsale opportunities with your accounts.

Manage relationships with your clients and making sure that the accounts are being maximised to their full potential. About You You will have : Good new business and negotiation skills and the ability to close dealsExcellent internal and external customer relationship and interpersonal skillsBe a team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change.

Commercially minded and be able to see the bigger picture.Strategic thinker and able to think analytically.Able to have a strong influence on your customers and colleagues.

The Business Development Manager receives a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £35,000 basic (DOE) plus a very strong package
