About the Opportunity

Interesting new internal opportunity has become available within the Franchise Team for a Marketing coordinator role. In this role you will be accountable for increasing the productivity, compliance, tracking against goals and project management.

This is an integral part of the team within the Franchise providing high quality support and coordination.

In this role you will .

Support and coordinate processes in PromoMats, iDisclose, CPG, SAP, and material production

Support to Sales and Brand Teams

To work with Brand Teams on internal communications for the RD Franchise. Increase the presence for the franchise across the Sanofi organisation, generate interest and excitement

Presence of SGZ at external conference liaising with brand teams and conference organisers

To support the external communication of the franchise

To understand the regulatory (ABPI) environment

To manage the materials available to the team and work with the account team

Create briefing documents for UK and international congresses

Update and maintain relevant and current business information on Teams / Sharepoint / One Drive

Provide project and event management

Supporting the department with ongoing projects Manage department requirements for internal Sanofi Genzyme events.

Manage events agency and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery for meetings with transfer of value

Records Management Maintain the departments filing system in line with the records retention policy

Act as a first point of contact to coordinate internal and external meeting arrangements

Be responsible of coordinating contract agreements and payments

Ensures compliance with relevant policies and SOPs

About you

Qualifications / Education & work experience

Strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise own workload and deal with changing priorities

Proactive, taking the initiative and pre-empting managers / teams requirements

Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Operates within a compliant framework, able to follow SOP’s and policies

High attention to detail

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Communication skills written, verbal & non-verbal ability to communicate at all levels

A team player with a flexible approach, able to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships

Keyboard skills and computer packages MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, video conferencing tools etc

Knowledge of the APBI Code of Practice
