One of our clients, a prestigious university in Cambridge, is looking to bring on a Senior Faculty Assistant that will support multiple faculty members.
This position is a long term contract role, lasting between three to six months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Organizing meetings, conferences, lunches, and seminars for faculty members
Arranging international and domestic travel for senior faculty members
Managing the office by ordering office supplies, answering the phones, responding to emails and greeting visitors
Planning events and coordinating with vendors and scheduling the space
Performing all other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of three years in an administrative role with travel arrangement and calendar management experience
Expert level proficiency with MS Office; SAP a major plus
Able to multitask in a professional manner
