Job Description :

We are seeking a talented individual to join our London office to help shape and execute on our M&A strategy. Working directly with senior leadership at Volaris, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of how we acquire, strengthen and grow software businesses into the leading player within their respective niches.

Key Responsibilities :

M&A Strategy and Execution

  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with senior software executives, partners, customers, industry analysts and consultants to identify short and long-term investment hotspots for Volaris.
  • Assist / lead market and competitive analyses and due diligence on live M&A opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning

  • Lead strategic planning process for one of Volaris’ six Portfolio groups (specializing in Financial Services, Benefits Administration, Insurance, Marine, Drinks Distribution, Property Valuation and People Transportation verticals).
  • Job Qualifications :

  • 3+ years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm and / or in a corporate strategy department at a Fortune 500 company.
  • Proven experience in conducting market and competitive analyses (i.e. market mapping, market sizing, relative share, etc.).
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in organizing and analyzing data into thoughtful analyses and concise presentations delivering valuable insights to senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with the confidence and polish to speak with business owners, senior executives and external professional firms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A strong understanding of technology and the software industry considered an asset.
  • Additional language proficiencies considered an asset.
