About The Role
As a result of internal progression, we have a new opportunity for a Technical Claims Change Delivery Lead (known internally as an Initiative Delivery Lead) to join our Technical Claims team in Bristol.
The team is part of the wider Customer and Legal Solutions area and is responsible for ensuring that DAS UK Group are making the correct technical decisions on claims and spending indemnity in the right way.
We are delivering a number of initiatives at the moment and are looking for someone to support with their delivery. This will mean working with your Technical Claims colleagues to understand the trends they are seeing and agreeing how to make positive changes to improve our technical claims performance.
For example, you might look at ways to reduce claims leakage (the money we spend on claims through error or because we don’t have the right controls).
This is a great opportunity to showcase your project management skills to effectively manage change initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders, oversee the delivery of the change and analyse the outcomes to check it has delivered what was needed.
Experience of working in, or closely within a claims environment would be an advantage but if you have the right skills this isn’t essential.
We are looking for someone who can pick up an idea and run with it. Someone who is tenacious, well organised and has an eye for detail.
