Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a Specialist P.E Teacher to start with them in September 2020. The school supports SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Pupils from the local area, so an understanding / passion for this is essential.

Also, the school can support a suitably unqualified teacher who has experience delivering the KS3 and KS4 curriculum in addition to fully qualified teachers,

The school which offers an excellent P.E curriculum including sports trips, activity weeks and outdoor education is looking for highly motivated and committed individual with evidence of consistently good’ or better teaching to join our P.

E teaching team. You should be enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic, with the tenacity and drive to improve outcomes for all our students and help everyone achieve their potential.

The ideal candidate will :

  • Have expert knowledge of the P.E curriculum
  • Be committed to your CPD
  • Have a P.E or Sports Science related degree
  • QTS is desirable although not essential but you must have taught the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Have excellent classroom management
  • Have high expectations and plan for an all inclusive curriculum
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Social and Behavioural difficulties
